Annette Reardon Jenkins

Funeral services for Annette Reardon Jenkins,71, of Vidalia will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Eva Church of God in Monterey at 1 pm. with Bro. Glenn Harrigill and Bro. Joey Pepmiller officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 11am until service time. Mrs. Jenkins was born on June 22, 1945 to Albert and Ordia Reardon in Jonesville, LA. She passed from this Earth on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Promise Hospital of the Miss Lou in Vidalia, LA. She was a longtime bookkeeper for the Ramada Inn in Natchez. She enjoyed reading, gardening, scrapbooking, and keeping up with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ordia Reardon; husband of 34 years, Wayne Jenkins; two brothers, Ralph and Jackie Reardon. She is survived by four daughters,Tracey Bruce and husband Ricky of Vidalia, Trina Causley and husband Matt of Homestead, FL, Tessa Lenard and husband Dewayne of Monroe, and Heather Crouch and husband Al of Monterey; ten grandchildren, Tyler Bruce and wife Jessica of Meadville, MS, Tucker Bruce of Vidalia, Carley Shelton Corbin and husband Matt of Tampa, FL, Madison Shelton of Troy, AL, Mitchell, April, Tori and Tailor Lenard of Monroe, David and Phillip Crouch of Monterey; three great-grandchildren, Brayden and Mason Bruce of Meadville and Carter Corbin of Tampa; two brothers, Al Reardon and wife Debbie,of Centreville, MS and Leonard Reardon of Longview, TX; four sisters, Linda Ryan of Jonesville, Ruth Hall of Lafayette, Judy Chipman and husband Randy of Vail, AZ, and Sally Clark and husband Matt of Baton Rouge, LA; special niece, Angela Ardoin and husband Todd of Lafayette, LA, and their child Ethan; three brothers-in-law, James Easil Jenkins and wife, Carol of Laredo, TX, and Barry Jenkins and wife Risha of Sicily Island, Jackie and wife Kat Jenkins of Wisner; and one sister-in-law and best friend, Sandra Bryant and husband Sonny of Natchez. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, and extended family. Pallbearers will be Todd Ardoin, Bud Smith, Caleb Smith, Mike Cross, Tyler Bruce and Tucker Bruce.
