Internment will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery, Jonesville, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Jonesville. E.W. Walker was born on Sunday, August 08, 1926 and passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018. He was a resident of Jonesville and a member and Deacon of Utility Baptist Church. E. W. Walker retired from International Paper with over 40 years of service as an Instrument Operator. E.W. proudly served his Country in the Untied States Navy during World War II. He is preceded in death by Father- Charley Walker Mother-Emmett Edwards Walker Wife- Lottie "Elaine" Walker Son- Rodney Neal Walker 6 Brothers- Larry Walker, Willie Walker, Genie Walker, Charlie Walker, Bro. Mack Walker and Dudley Walker Sister- Bonnie Collins He is survived by Wife- Carma Whittington Walker of Jonesville, LA Daughter- Lana Carr and her husband Shelby of Jonesville, LA Step-Daughter- Mona Whittington of Glen Rose, TX Grandson- John Logan Taunton and his wife Christina on Mandeville, LA Grandson- Micah Taunton of Monterey, LA Grandson- Rod Walker of Houston, TX Granddaughter-Carla Howard and her husband Tracie of Sulphur, LA Step-Grandson- Daniel Upchurch and his wife Keira of Glen Rose, TX Step-Granddaughter- Monica Keeley and her husband James of Demopolis, AL Sister- Venie Emfinger of Ferriday, LA He is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren and 7 Step-Great Grandchildren Pallbearers will be Mike Walker, Adron Walker, Logan Taunton, Micah Taunton, Rod Walker and Jim Kelly Honorary Pallbearers will be the Deacons and his Sunday School Class of Utility Baptist Church.
