Funeral services for Gladys Elaine Staggs Keith, 76, of Ferriday, LA will be held at The Pentecostal of the Miss-Lou on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Bro. Jeremy Howington and Bro. Gary Howington officiating. Interment will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home of Ferriday. Elaine Keith was born on July 27, 1936 in Centerville, Mississippi and went to be with her Savior on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe. She was a resident of Ferriday, a Custodian at Ridgecrest School, a homemaker, and an active member of Pentecostal of the Miss-Lou. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by: Husband-Robert Franklin Keith Father-Lester Edward Staggs Mother-Mary Lee Ivy Staggs Son-Kenneth Darrell Keith Infant Daughter-Carolyn Sue Keith. Survivors include: 3 Sons- Richard "Ricky" Harold Keith and wife Deedra of Monterey,LA Robert Ray Keith of Ferriday, LA Larry Wayne Keith of Ferriday, LA 3 Daughters-Debra Lynn Rials and husband Tony of Rayville, LA Sherry Gail Gray and husband David of Clayton, LA Lisa Keith Parker of Clayton, LA Brother-William Floyd Staggs and wife Lottie of Vidalia, LA 2Sisters-Mary Helen Staggs of Vidalia, LA Dorothy Jean Ulmer and husband Ferman of Ferriday, LA. Special Friend-Paula Keith She was also survived by 10 grandchildren-Nikki Walsworth and husband Brandon, Rick Keith, Cynthia Hewitt and husband Jarrod, Ted Keith and wife Emily, Ginger Keith, Ashley Taylor and husband Jason, Breezy Keith, Logan Gray, Megan Roberts, and Robert Parker. 12 great grandchildren-Chase Pugh, Brett Walsworth and Tate Walsworth, Mia Drane, J.P., Payton, and Raegan Hewitt, Hayden Pound, Christian Keith, Ryan Cobb, Brooke Carnegie, Jordan Paul, and Dylan Farmer. 1 Great-Great Grandchild-Kenzley Paul Pallbearers will be Corey Short, Josh Juneau, Johnny Money, Sidney "Tojo" Champlin, Justin Brixey, and Shae Wilkinson. Honorary Pallbearers will be the grandsons and Donnie Wesberry, and Johnny Ray Peavey.
