Funeral services for Henry Paul Vanier, 71 of Vidalia,LA will be held at Natchez Church of God on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Bro. Brian Monehan officiating. Internment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Natchez, MS, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Henry Vanier was born on Wednesday, February 07, 1945 in Catahoula Parish, LA. and passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 in Vidalia, LA . He was a resident of Vidalia and retired from the Oil Field after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #231 in Summit Mississippi, where he was Past Master Mr. Vanier proudly served his Country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He is preceded in death by Father- Thomas Henry Vanier Mother- Ethel Jones Vanier 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters A very special Friend- Jackie "Big Momma" Ferrington He is survived by Wife- Wanda Sue Vanier of Vidalia, LA Son- Timothy Paul Vanier and his wife Sandra of Vidalia, LA Son- Vernon Dwight Vanier and his wife Stacie of Stonewall, LA Brother- Jimmy Vanier of Vidalia, LA Sister- Catherine Bashrum and her husband Ray of Pineville, LA Sister- Bonnie Hula of Ferriday, LA Sister- Doris Boney and her husband Bo of Ball, LA Sister- Rose Brandon of Alvin, TX Granddaughter- Hayley Vanier of Vidalia, LA Granddaughter- Brianna Vanier of Stonewall, LA Granddaughter- Faith Lowe of Vidalia, LA Grandson- Derek Vanier of Vidalia, La 2 Great-Grandsons- Corban and Connor Special Friend Melvin "Big Daddy" Ferrington of Ferriday, LA Host of nieces and nephews including Gayle Westbrook Pallbearers will be Darrell Vanier, Mike Vanier, Bennie Tarver, Clay Westbrook, Carey Westbrook, D.J.
