Funeral services for Mrs. Tina Warshaw, 39, of Vidalia, La will be held at First Baptist Church of Vidalia on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Bro. Dan Glenn & Richard Cullum officiating. Interment will follow at Cypress Grove under the direction of Young's Funeral Home, Vidalia. Mrs. Tina Roberts Warshaw was Born December 29, 1968, to the late Joyce "Jo" Roberts at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, La. She passed away Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Natchez Regional Medical Center in Natchez. She was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church and was attending First Baptist Church of Vidalia. She was previously employed with Heritage Manor Nursing Home as the Assistant Activities Coordinator. She was preceded in death by her loving mother Joyce "Jo" Roberts, grandparents Henry L. Roberts & Annie B. Roberts of Vidalia, La. She leaves her beloved husband Stephen E. Warshaw, daughter JoAnna & son Brandon, one sister Lisa Nations & husband Michael of Silver Creek, Ms. and the aunt to Annie & Kyle Nations of Silver Creek, Ms.; aunts Annette Lewis & husband Robert of Natchez, Ms. and Linda King & husband Don of Monticello, Ms. cousins Cherie Norton & husband Rusty of Brookhaven, Ms. and Michael Lewis & wife Misty of Clinton, Ms.; uncles Henry B. "Sonny" Roberts of Frogmore, La.; Bubba Roberts & wife Charlotte of Natchez, Ms. and Lee Roberts & wife Barbara of Vidalia, La. Tina had numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mother-in-Law Dorothy Wiley, Brother-in-Law: Douglas Warshaw, Sr. & wife Angela of Vidalia, La. Bobby Warshaw & wife Tracy of West Monroe, David Warshaw & wife Geneva of Shreveport and Monty Warshaw of Pasadena, TX. She also leaves Charles Ables thought of as a loving and devoted brother more than just a family friend of many years. Tina had a great deal of family and friends. Special friends Carol & Alan Holland of Vidalia, La. Children she thought of as her own: Keiosha Smith, Brittany Smith, Lamyra Williams, Hollie Rushing, Rachel Tubbs, Hunter Williams, Nate Thomas and all friends of JoAnna and Brandon. Tina was a loving wife, mother and "MeMe" and devout Christian. She was outgoing, loved to watch her children play sports and be part of the church and school activities. Tina was so special to many and loved by all that knew her. She was an outspoken well respected woman that dedicated her life to her children and family. The Pallbearers will be Tyler Holland, Alan Holland, Caleb Holland, James Thomas, Doug Warshaw, & Michael Lewis. The Honorary Pallbearer will be Robert Lewis The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church Of Vidalia from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2008.
