Funeral services for Tracy Lynn Burget, 43, of Pineville, LA will be held at Young's Funeral Home- Ferriday on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 6:30PM with Bro. Johnnie Phillips and Randy Maxwell officiating. Tracy Lynn Burget was born on October 14, 1974 in Natchez, MS and passed away Friday, April 13, 2018, at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA. She was preceded in death by her father- Rex Orville Burget; paternal grandparents- O.K. & Florence Burget; maternal grandparents- Richard & Mattie Muriel Barrett; maternal grandfather- Houma Lipsey; paternal uncle- Chuck Burget & wife Janice; two paternal aunts- Mavis Hull & husband Glynn and Bobbie Pratt; two maternal uncles- Dickie Barrett and Jimmy Peek; and cousin- Barry Peek. She is survived by her mother- Sandra Barrett Burget of Lake Concordia, LA; brother- Brad Burget & wife Heather of Lake St. John, LA; nephew- Barrett Burget; niece- Adeline Burget; maternal grandmother- Sadie Lipsey of Monterey, LA; paternal uncle- Danny Burget & wife Loretta of Topeka, KS; paternal aunt- Kathy Deason & husband Boggie of Pineville, LA; maternal aunts- Linda Peek of Ferriday, LA, Julie Edwards of Ferriday, LA, and Deb Barrett of Ferriday, LA; maternal uncles- Lanny Lipsey & wife Kay of Monterey, LA and Jerry Lipsey & wife Meta of Monterey, LA; and 13 cousins- Brian Peek & wife Kristi, Sheila Lillie & husband Dabo, Brandy Traylor & husband Jay, Richie Barrett & wife Mellisa, Jeff Hull & wife Tammy, Kelly Salvo & husband Ron, Julie Pratt, Ricky Burget & wife Niomi, Karen Yost & husband Bill, Linda Girdarden & husband Hester,Tony Burget & wife Rhonda, Mike Burget & wife Becky, and Jeff Deason & wife Sara; and six special friends- Kathy & Vernon Stevens, Rose & Randy Maxwell, and Johnny & Jane Phillips. Pallbearers will be Dabo Lillie, Richie Barrett, Trey Lillie, Brian Peek, Jerry Lipsey, and Lanny Lipsey. The family would like to thank the Staff and Administration at Leading Health Care of Louisiana for their love and support, especially Khristi Oates, Mary Robinson, Essie Isle, and Heather Killian. The family would also like to recognize the staff, caregivers, and friends at Evergreen Community Care of Pineville, who were a vital part of her life for 22 years.
